How do I get the best rate for medical billing?
For most solo provider practices, 6.99% is standard. Those with monthly collections greater $35,000 will qualify for discounts. Submit your quote request!
Do you work with start-up practices?
Absolutely. Start-ups with less than $10,000 monthly net collections are usually quoted 6.99%. We enjoy working with new practices because it allows us to implement best practices from day 1. We will get you up and running in no time. And if you don’t have a practice management system, we will use our own.
What payment types do you accept?
We do bank auto-pay and credit cards (American Express, Visa and Mastercard). You can sign up for auto-pay or click “Pay Now” on your emailed invoice. Our invoices are online so you can view account balances and unpaid invoices at any time.
Do you have any long-term contracts or cancellation fees?
No. While we do record a services agreement to lay out our expectations, we do not lock you into our service. If you are unsatisfied, simply walk away.
Will you take on past-due A/R projects?
Maybe. We take on these assignments with the hope that you will consider us for your day-to-day current billing. Our only objective is to be your primary provider of billing and transcription services.
