We're Hiring - Sales Management Associate

This Transcription Sales Management Associate role is a work at-home contract opportunity.  The Sales Management Associate is expected to respond to all lead inquiries. The Sales Managemet Associate must be able to convince leads (doctors, administrators, medical records departments) to switch their transcription service to us. Generally, leads will want to know our turn around time, pricing, integration capabilties, delivery methods, etc.  The Sales Management Associate must relay these answers to questions. In addition to responding to incoming leads, the Sales Management Associate is responsible for coordinating online demos of our transcription system as well as training new users. The Sales Management Associate will then transition supporting the account to our Customer Service Associate. The Sales Management Associate should have great communication skills and be very friendly.  Most lead requests come via email and will require a timely email and phone response within hours. Ideally, we want someone who is organized, easy-going, and has a 'get it done' attitude. This position is ideally suited for work-at-home transcriptionists who already understand the medical transcription industry.

Job Functions

  • Sales: Make outbound phone calls (average 20 call a day)
  • Sales: Respond to client phone inquiries (average 1 call a day)
  • Sales: Respond to client emails (average 2 emails a day)
  • Sales: Email proposals, literature, contracts, and training materials
  • Sales: Follow-up on all leads, keep them alive by staying on client's radar
  • Sales: Quote transcription rate to leads based upon volume and needs
  • Sales: Schedule online product demonstrations (in conunction with Technology Partner)
  • Sales: Manage email and internet advertising campaignsAccount Setup: Create online user accounts (in conunction with Technology Partner)
  • Account Setup: Train initial system users (in conunction with Technology Partner)
  • Account Setup: Notify Transcription Manger about client requirements (Templates, TAT, etc.)
  • Account Maintenance: Send list of all new accounts with billing information to Billing Department at the end of each month
  • Account Maintenance: Ensure first two batch of reports are delivered successfully (in conjunction with Customer Service Associate)
  • Account Maintenance: Perform periodic client check-up telephone calls (in conjunction with Customer Service Associate)

Job Benefits

  • $200 / week. Commission Eligible after 5 months
