Rate
The cost of our medical transcription rates ranges
from 8-12 cents per line, where a line is defined as 65
characters. Our medical transcription rates are among
the very lowest compared against other
transcription companies. Clinics with larger volumes
will be given the absolute lowest rates. Our rate
includes all training, software, and customer support at
no additional cost. For business transcription quotes,
please contact us with your exact requirements.
Turn Around Time
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours. If
required, we can provide STAT transcripts in as little
as 2 hours. Typically, clients will send us their audio
files by 10pm and get their electronic medical
records back the very next morning (9am). This
schedule excludes holidays. In case you're wondering,
the online system will let your practice run performance
reports that show you exactly how fast we get your
electronic medical records back to you.

concern, especially when dealing with electronic
